After a long day at work, and thankfully a much cooler day, I managed to get into the craft room tonight and create a card.
Still having lots of Studio Calico Kits left over prior to joining the team, I so wanted to just play around with all the yummy goodies in these kits..
Being a little tired also, I wanted a really quick and simple card...
A little layering and simple design, this was all this card really needed, blue, pink and orange, perfect colour combinations..
Oh and what about those adorable veneer feathers???? I want to put them on so many cards, I think I am one that seems to always fall in love with a trend after the trend has been out for a little while, am I the only one that seems to be this way?
Well that is about all from me today, I think I am going to call it an early night and get some sleep, maybe take my beloved to bed (that is my laptop, not Darryl LOL, actually, he is already in bed snoring away).

You're not alone in getting obsessed about older projects. They still work and look great, so I use them too. BTW, loving your blogs new look, or has that been around for a while and I didn't notice (which is more likely).

I totally relate with the snoring bit! Except my hubby insists that he is not tired but promptly falls asleep on the couch with the TV blaring and him snoring! Men! Loving that feather on your card Joy and such pretty papers!

The trend thing is happen to me too. I'm very often a bit late, but if I fall in love, nothing can stop me.
