Farmhouse!

Happy Sunday everyone! sorry I have been MIA for a couple of days, have been working long hours and literally no time to craft or energy for that matter...I popped into my craft room a little while ago and was cleaning things up after my last mess and then found myself pulling out some of the new goodies that I have received in the last few weeks and before I knew it I had created a card.

Using lots of yummy papers from October Afternoon pattern paper and stickers, adding a ruffled flower cut from Memorandum pattern paper from Lily Bee Designs with a gorgeous and cute Flair Button from my dear friend Shelley, finishing with a stamped sentiment from Studio Calico/Hero Arts.

Don't you just love the saying that is on that sticker, so fitting for the flower that is added to the card...

Well time to head off, short and quick today, lots to do within the hour before leaving for work..

Paper Pieced Roses!

Happy Thursday everyone...I trust you have had a fabulous day...I have enjoyed some time in the craft room tonight sorting out my stamp collection, well ever growing stamp collection...I will share once it is all completed.

I also had some time to craft away, I had some fun paper piecing some roses, embossing and creating a window effect, finishing off with a sentiment and some splashes of pearls..super easy and effective..

Oh and whats more a great way to use up scraps of pattern paper if you have them, but for me I am so loving these paper pads right now, so anything I want to create using pattern paper, I am grabbing either of these yummies...

Okay, I am heading off, time to grab a cuppa and watch the rest of Greys Anatomy...

Paper Smooches - Zoo Crew!

Hello friends! Cold blustery day here at the cottage, so Roly and I have been bundled up inside in front of the heater..as for Darryl, madness on his part as far as I am concerned, has been in the shed all day...LOL.

So today, here in both Australia and New Zealand we honour and remember those armed forces men and woman who have sacrificed their lives for our countries in war time...my heart and thoughts go out to the current active men and woman currently serving our countries in war time to make sure that we live in a happier and safer world, Lest we Forget!

Today is also the start of the new challenge for Simon Says, and this week you are so going to want to enter, the DT and a couple of Guest Designers are show casing the fabulous Paper Smooches stamps.
