Today, it is time for a new challenge over at Simon Says, this week we are celebrating Autumn and that for me is kinda strange down under as I am in Spring mode, but I can tell you that Autumn happens to be one of my favourite times of the year and I am longing for it's return...
I am longing to see the colours in the trees out the front of our house...
These leaves on the trees gave me some inspiration to create this weeks card and I knew the perfect stamp set that I would use, Real Leaves from Hero Arts...
I stamped the leaf out and took to it with my Copics, layered and layered the colour, until I was happy with the result...keeping with a simple palette by adding a rustic look with stamping onto kraft card stock, finishing it with a thank you sentiment and sprinkling of pearls and gems to reflect the Autumn leaves falling off the trees...

Had to come see which stamp set you used - looks so real. Is that your tree? We have a "Amberbaum" (I think I was told it's called Sweet Gum Tree in English) in our front yard. The color spectrum is just amazing every year!
