Silhouette Clean and Simple!

Hello everyone! almost the end of the week and what a great feeling..today I spent the day running around like a mad woman in my house trying to get it all tidy and clean again so that I can spend time with family and then time out in the garden with the few days that I have off.  I am quite sure that was one of the best work outs that I have had in ages..LOL.

Now onto the card share for today, today is Wednesday and is time for the new challenge at Simon Says to begin, but before I do, I have to say that all that enter you all ROCK, with these Anything Goes challenges we always receive an awesome amount of entries and well who could not smile at that.

This week is all about using your Favourite Tool and well seeing as I brought a new blade for my Silhouette Machine that being the original version I have finally been able to create using this machine again.  Even though I have listed the Cameo at the base of this posting which I would so love to get but cannot bring myself to purchase due to the fact that I have hardly used the one I have now due to issues we have had together, I still fill that this machine deserves some love before forking out more money.

So the results are the same whether you own the Original, SD or the Cameo, you can still create beautiful creations.

I opted to go clean and simple and create a Engagement or Wedding card..

By downloading the image I was after, I set up the size on my computer and sent it to cut, lifting off the carrier sheet, I adhered to a trimmed piece of white card stock.  Adding this card stock with foam dimensionals to a trimmed white card.  Finishing the card, by adding a sentiment and pearls.

I always feel that an engagement or wedding card needs to have that elegance to it, so I really do hope that I have captured that essence in this card.

I am looking forward to seeing what everyone's favourite tools are right now, here's hoping over the Easter break you have some time to create and enter the challenge for this week.
