Big Happy Easter wishes to you all! I hope that you are enjoying time with family and friends and that you are having some relaxing time also.
Darryl and I are having yet another quiet day..I should be house cleaning but for the life of me I feel so tired today, so I figure that really it may be later when I get my second wind that I may achieve some house work.
I wanted to pop in here today to not only wish you all Happy Easter but to share a card that I created, I figured that I wanted to share an Easter card with you, but seeing as I had created all of the cards I needed this year, that I would still incorporate the Easter theme but changing out a sentiment to make it one that could be sent all year round.
I started trimming down some Sweet Blush card stock and inking up the polka dots from the Geographic stamp set, stamping the entire card stock, corner rounding each of the corners and adhering to a trimmed white card that also had the corners rounded. Next, taking pattern paper from the Be Amazing and Be Happy paper pads, I inked up the bunny and stamped onto a more Kraft looking paper, heat setting with white embossing powder, cutting around the image, adding pink to the ears with a marker and white gel pen to the teeth, setting aside. On the other piece of pattern paper I trimmed a sentiment banner, stamping a sentiment, adding the banner to the top of the card. The last bit of pattern paper used was used through the Cuttlebug and a circle die cut was cut. I adhered the circle to the front of the card along with the bunny. Finishing the card by adding googly eyes to the bunny for a little bit of fun.
Well I do hope that you all enjoy your day I will be back here tomorrow with another creation for you all to feast your eyes on..
Super big hugs!
