Today I wanted to share my third creation of the three cards I created the other day using the Studio Calico Kit for March...not so much of a collage card this time but still a fun card and simple design too...
I used white card stock as the card base, corner rounding the top two corners, adding layers of pattern paper from the kit along with Kraft card stock, that I cut a V into one end. I then punched out several layers of dictionary paper with a flower punch, adhered the flowers together with a stitched brad, along with a dusting of Vintage Photo to the edges of the petals and added this to the card with foam dimensionals. Finishing the card by adding rhinestones either side of the flower and added a sentiment stamped onto white card stock.
Well I hope that this card brings some cheer to your day and some inspiration..
I am off to hang out some washing and hit the craft room...
Have a fabulous day!
Hugs

Another winner. Lovely to look at and fairly easy to create. Thanks for the inspiration.
lovely flower and card. I love seeing book print accents.
That card is beautiful, and definitely looks like it is back in your 'comfort zone' Glad you are challenging yourself and sharing it with us. Think I want to do the 'ribbon' technique on one of my next cards.
Hope work went good. Can't wait to see what you do next.
Thanks for inspiring us and sharing your talent.
It seems funny to hear someone saying they are hanging clothes out. There is now better thing than to climb in a bed that the sheets are freshly washed and hung out to dry. Our subdivision does not allow clothes lines--yes, really. But if they did, our clothes would probably be moldy before they were dried, anyway.
Hugs,
