Paris Tag!

Hello everyone! long day at work today so my post for Jay Gee's Nook is rather late, I do apologise for it now only being on the blog...

I have a something a little different to share with you all tonight, instead of the usual create a card for Jay Gee's Nook, I decided to go with one of the things I love to create lately, which are tags.

I turned it into a love themed tag...spritzing lots of Studio Calico Mr Huey's Mists over the top, Clover, Plum Thumb, Calico White and Calico Shine, heat setting. Once the mists were dry, I took the Fabulous Flourish stamp and inked with London Fog ink, I stamped onto the tag. Staying with the heat gun, I took the Newspaper Eiffel Tower stamp, stamping with Versamark Ink onto white card stock and embossing with white embossing powder, trimming just the Eiffel Tower out and adhered to the tag with foam dimensionals. I added a strip of tissue tape to one side of the tag and on top of the tape I added a sentiment. I then took the die Hearts a Plenty and some Autumn Rose card stock, cutting out the smaller of the hearts, spritzing with Calico White and heat setting, adding this to the tag also with foam dimensionals. Finishing the tag, by adding some Stone twine to the top.

I have to say that more of these mists are so on my wish list and hopefully will be purchasing more, super effective and give a great look.

I do hope that you have all had time to check out the DT creations, if not you can go HERE to see them all...real eye candy.

Okay, I have a little bit more tweaking of my blog to do and I do thank you for being patient.

Have a wonderful night!
