I have something a little different to share with you all now and the title of the post gives it away...yes that is right, this year I have decided to create my very first December Daily. Last year I was reading about how lots of people created December Daily's and I knew that this year I so wanted to try this out for my self...
I have been reading and learning so much from a truly inspiring person and we all know that lovely gal, Ali Edwards. Watching Ali's past videos this year I have been even more inspired and excited to create a December Daily, she makes it sound so easy, carefree and most of all documenting something special each year.
I have learnt from Ali the biggest thing to a December Daily, is to be organised with your album, by having most if not all the pages ready for documenting, adding photos and other bits and bobs that you pick up through out the month of December...to not feel pressured once December hits, just being able to sit down at some stage of the day and document your days adventures. I have taken this on board and have prepared some of my album, I still have a few pages to go and some I want to leave to add different embellishments that suit what happen on that particular day.

Oh Joy this is AMAZING! I've decided to do a December album highlighting important dates rather than everyday. There is enough of them already and I think for me it will be much more easier actually doing it! I love your CAS album when it comes to Scrapbooking i much prefer CAS! To me the photos are the most important! :>

First question--You mentioned your mom last month- How is she doing?
#2 You album is very nice. I think that one of Ali's ideas is not to stress yourself, so don't let yourself get too stressed by having to do a daily video, unless you are going to use the video as part of your album. No matter what you do, we will love seeing it!!
Right now we wish we had your weather, our heater is not working, and it is VERY COLD up here!
Love your haul videos Joy. You are right about the high shipping costs at the moment. I've lost count of how many times I've filled my cart at PTI just to find shipping is through the roof! Almost cheaper to travel to the States and pick it up in person, lol! I look forward to seeing your December Daily come together. Hugs
