Big Happy Birthday Wishes Brother!

Hello and happy Thursday to you all, so today we celebrate my Brother's 40th Birthday and even though he lives a lot of Kilometres away from me I just wanted to send my biggest birthday wishes to him.

I created a card for him and thought that I would share it here with you all...



I created this card using the Surfing theme as he lives near the beach and loves to surf when he has a spare moment. Taking an image from the Silhouette store and resizing on my computer, sending it to cut on white card stock, adding Black Soot distress ink over the top of the image and flicking water over it so that the ink and water would react. I then ran a trimmed piece of white card stock through my Cuttlebug, embossing the card stock with the Papertrey Ink, Sunshine Impression Plate. Next, trimming some pattern paper and punching with the border punch Boundary Waters, adhering this to the white card stock with foam dimensionals, along with the die cut of the surfer. I then added a stamped sentiment, adhered the card stock to a trimmed piece of Ocean Tides card stock and then onto a trimmed white card. Completing the card by adding a scattering of rhinestones.

I do hope that my big brother loves his card along with his present that I have also sent...I wish him the happiest of birthday's yet and may there be many more to come...
