How about a Giveaway!

Hi everyone! (WARNING LONG POST!) what a day, woke up ready for my 2nd massage, had a shower, once out to of the shower looked down at the drain in the bathroom floor to find that it was full to the top with water....thinking to myself that it was not suppose to look like that, but with time running out to get to my appointment would have to leave the issue until I got home....that was not the end of it...walked into the laundry opposite the bathroom to grab something and my eyes just about popped out of my head...yes you guessed it..water flowing everywhere, with no time to spare, I grabbed the dog blankets threw them onto the floor to sop up some of the water and rushed out the door.

We have now since unblocked the drain and fingers crossed we don't have the same issue tomorrow..thankfully I have a plumber next door, but wouldn't you know it, he was away today...

So that was the saga for the day...I do hope you all had a better day...to make your day a brighter one I have been given the chance to do a giveaway...if you remember only just weeks ago the wonderful Jennifer, Kristina and Melanie ran a Summer Card Class, which was a huge success and a lot of fun...I had the great honour of being one of the guest designers.

Using lots of My Minds Eye pattern paper and the Paper Smooches, Boob Tubes and Sentiment Sampler stamp sets to create a simple casual card, paper piecing the TV and adhering to a piece of card stock that had a punched edge edge and distress ink applied, finishing the card by adding touches of Glossy Accents.

Okay, hope I haven't bored you all tonight with this long post...

Wish me luck, I return to work tomorrow after having the last 2 weeks off from injury..I still have a long long way to go in the mending process...
