Oldie but Goodie!!

Hello everyone! I said last night in my post that it was madness of a day, well I think today topped that one, work was madness once again and I was ever so pleased to leave...I actually really did feel sorry for the night staff though, as I knew what it had been like during the day...tomorrow I am looking forward to some much needed down time and a big sleep in and I have to get into the craft room to create a birthday card for my man, as it will be his birthday tomorrow.

Tonight, I ventured in there to make a quick card to share with you all..this time pulling out an older Hero Arts stamp, Butterfly Garden....I have loved this stamp the first time I laid eyes on it and I know that it will be one that will always have a special place in my craft room.

Taking white card stock, trimming to size and stamped the Butterfly Garden twice onto the card stock, colouring in with my Copics. Adding a sky line and grass line with distress inks, Tumbled Glass and Peeled Paint. I adhered this to a piece of trimmed kraft card stock and then to an Eggshell note card that had been stamped with the Envelope background stamp, inked with Soft Sand ink. To complete the card I added a sentiment from the Everyday Sayings.

I urge you all to pull out those stamps that are crying out to be inked up once again and create a card, it really is super fun....

Now before I leave you tonight, I wanted to let you all know to stop back here tomorrow as I have a big announcement to share with you all.
Have a great night!

Hugs
