Well tonight is time to announce the winner of the Purple Onion Designs stamps giveaway..but before I do, I will share another POD card with you...this time using the Home Sweet Home stamp set and some Tim Holtz crackle paint.
Taking white card stock and Weathered Wood, Scattered Straw and Picket Fence crackle paint, I painted each of the colours onto the card stock and waited for the action to begin...the crackle...Once dried I stamped the house and the heart over the painted card stock and trimmed out. I adhered the heart to the house using foam dimensionals and then adhered the house to a trimmed piece of My Minds Eye pattern paper that had the edges inked lightly with Vintage Photo distress ink and added a sentiment to the base of the paper. To complete the card I took more My Minds Eye pattern paper and punched a Scalloped Scallop border punch strip and adhered to the other piece of pattern paper, then adhered this to a trimmed white card.
