Yesterday, I mentioned that it was my Partner Darryl's Birthday, it seems as though he enjoyed his day as best as he could with being at work...tonight I was supposed to go out for a work do, but with some not so nice family news this morning, I needed to stay by the phone tonight so I am home...we will be celebrating tomorrow night with a nice Chinese dinner...
I thought tonight I would share with you all the card that I created for him, and mind you I whipped this up about 10mins before leaving for work yesterday...talk about a quick card...LOL.

Trimming white card stock and applying distress inks, Stormy Sky, Broken China and Tumbled Glass as a layering effect up the card stock, stamping the Magical Background stamp that was inked with Soft Pool ink to the blended card stock...stamping the fish from the Oceans of Joy stamp set (and did not realise until after creating the card the name of the stamp set was quite appropriate...LOL) I also stamped the fish onto white card stock and coloured in with Copics, trimming the fish out and adhering a googly eye. I adhered the card stock to a trimmed Blue Layering paper that had been run through the Cuttlebug, embossing the front with a Sizzix embossing folder and sanding down the embossing parts to show the white core of the layering paper. I stamped bubbles from the fish up to a stamped tag with a sentiment from the same stamp set. Finally, adding Glossy Accents to the bubbles and adhering the coloured fish with foam dimensionals complete.
Here is a close up of the card...

To honour Darryl's Birthday, I thought I would share some goodies to one lucky person...so yes I am having another giveaway....to enter just leave one comment per person on this blog post telling me what would be your dream birthday...comments will close on Wednesday 27th of July at 11:00pm (Australian Time).
Here is what you could win....
Alrighty, I am off to relax and watch some television...
Have a wonderful night...
Hugs

I would love to go the only place that I have wanted to go since beening in Middle school and that is Ireland. My ancestory is from there and I love looking at movies, books and anything Irish that shows the lush green fields with stone walls and thatched roof homes. I know they are all not like that but some of the older villages are still this way and would love to be there staying at some Bed & Breakfast, or even a Castle with my dh & ds and enjoying all that this country has to offer. Now that would be a dream come true. Thanks for the chance to win. Hugs.
