Before we jump on into the card for today, I just want to take this opportunity to Thank Barb for joining me in on this fun challenge, her creations have been smashing to create by and also viewing what she has created each day of the CASE challenge has been amazing...
I also wish to thank everyone who have passed by Barb's and My blog and left those sweet comments, as always you have brought smiles to my face each and every day...and to thank you for doing this I will be having a giveaway...but first onto the card for today..be sure to scroll down under the cards to read all about the giveaway.
Now what about this for a beauty...
I just love all the layered stamping that Barb achieved on this gorgeous card, this is my take on her wonderful card.
Taking an Eggshell note card from Hero Arts along with the Envelope Pattern background stamp, I inked up the stamp with Antique Linen distress ink and stamped the entire front of the card. I added lace and twine down one side of the card and then worked on the rest of the card. Trimming white card stock and taking the stamp set Delicate Leaf Clusters, I took one of the stamps from this stamp set and applied Peeled Paint distress ink to the stamp and stamped directly onto the card stock, I heat set the stamped image and then taking the La Lettre stamp, I inked it up with some Versamark Ink and stamped right over the top of the leaf image, heat embossing white embossing powder. I added more Antique Linen distress ink over the entire image and Tea Dye to the edges of the card stock to soften. Taking foam dimensionals and adding to the back of the stamped image, I then adhered this to the front of the card, finally, adding a sentiment from the With Sympathy stamp set.
