Today, I wanted to share a card that I created using Jane's Doodles..I created this card using her fun Jane's Bakery stamp set...I love using this sweet set, so many possibilities.
Before, I jump into how I created this card, I wanted to give you all a heads up to jump over to Jane's blog as she has created the most gorgeous and cute Fairy called Klara, Jane has asked that if you wish to purchase this cutie of an image, you can jump over HERE...and the proceeds will go to this wonderful cause, so I hope that you can all support this by purchasing this little sweetie, other then that it will be available at Squiggly Fly.
I took white card stock, trimmed to size and stamped the cupcake from the stamp set, colouring the image in with my Copics, adding shading around the cupcake to give it some grounding. I adhered this to a piece of blue card stock and then onto some October Afternoon patterned paper that had a stitching feature around the edge, I then adhered this to a trimmed Kraft card. Adding, the sentiment that was contained in this set to the base of the card and finally, adding a dusting of Frost White ink to the edge of the card and Glossy Accents to the cherry on top of the cupcake to complete.
Here is a close up of the card.
I thought that this would make a great male card....
It is getting closer for me to be able to share my cards created for Purple Onion Designs, so be sure to check back in and also to let you in on a little news, I will be having another giveaway sometime this week, make sure you check the blog each day to see when that will be.
Hope you all have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by...
