Prismacolor Butterflies!

Hey friends! Been quite a busy time around here on the old blog lately, hope you have all had some fun hopping around the blog hops that I have been involved in, to view the blog hops you can check them out HERE and HERE! There are giveaways on both so make sure you comment.

Okay today is Sunday once again and that means time for another Jay Gee's Nook creation.

So I have had Flutterby Flock stamp in my collection for awhile now, it is a beautiful stamp created by A Muse and although it is not in stock at Jay Gee's Nook there are a couple of other beautiful butterfly stamps along with other gorgeous stamps from this fab company, so be sure to pop on over to the store and view what is there.



I took white card stock and the the Envelope Background stamp from Hero Arts, inked it with some Soft Sand ink, stamping over the card stock, I trimmed the card stock to size and added some blending with Antique Linen and Walnut Stain distress Ink. Next, taking the Flutterby Flock stamp and more Soft Sand ink, stamping onto the card stock, taking my Prismacolor Pencils, colouring over the butterflies, until I was happy with the blending. I trimmed another piece of white card stock, stamping a sentiment from the Sending Smiles Messages stamp set and adhered to the butterfly card stock. Adding lace to the top of the sentiment and a small strip of crimson card stock, lastly, adding some scatters of pearls and adhering the card stock to an Eggshell note card.
