Today I am sharing the card that I have created for the March Challenge over at Tiffany Doodles, this month Tiffany has decided to use a photo inspiration for you all to create a card to enter into the challenge.
Isn't it just the prettiest photo, so Spring like, love it!
This month's challenge runs from 7th-21st March, so a perfect 2 weeks for you all to get those digi images out and start creating to win, the 1st winner will win a $10 gift certificate to spend in the store and the 2nd winner will win a $5 gift certificate to spend in the store. To check out more details of the challenge, you can view it HERE! There is some great inspiration from the DT members to get you started on this challenge and we would love to see what you create especially with a Tiffany Doodles image for this inspiration photo, there are heaps of images for you to purchase or freebies for you to use, which you can see them all HERE.
Here is the card that I created:

Taking the Dogwood Branch and resizing to what I was after, printing onto white card stock, trimming the card stock down and colouring in with my Copics, adding some blending around the edge using Antique Linen distress ink and sewing around the edge (he, he, he, don't look too hard at that part). I adhered this to a trimmed piece of pink card stock and trimming more white card stock to form the card, I took the Hero Arts, Envelope Pattern background stamp that was inked with Soft Sand ink and stamping the front of the card. I adhered the Dogwood Branch image to the front of the card, I took more of the pink card stock and trimmed to form a tag, stamping a sentiment from the Sending Smiles Messages stamp set, then adhered the tag to the card. Lastly adding some pearls either side of the sentiment.
Okay, I know that you are all busting to find out who the winner is of Blog hop giveaway, and hoping that this card gives you some inspiration to create a card using the Dogwood Branch digital giveaway.
Congratulations Brenda! Please contact me in order to receive your prize.
Thank you so much everyone for commenting on everyone's blogs including my own, you brought a big smile to my face and I hope that you all enjoyed the fun too!
Hugs!

Joy...this is stunning and now I have to go and buy this stamp!! Thanks for the enabling honey. I really love the soft and subtle colours but also how the colour around the edges and the different coloured matting highlights and frames the image perfectly. xx
