Before I share with you who the next person I will be honouring I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who have left me wonderful comments, that has meant so much to me and has constantly brought a big smile to my face as I read them...also thank you to all of my honourees, you are all AMAZING, GIFTED, TALENTED, INSPIRING, WONDERFUL people, thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Okay so I know that you are all itching to know who the last honouree is, that person is one that you all know well..she is a true artist, talented, gifted and super, super sweet...the cards that she creates are enough to break your jaw just by viewing them on her blog, the depth of colour that she achieves is mind blowing...that person is non other the Jill Foster.
When I first saw this GORGEOUS!!! card I knew there and then that I was going to definitely try this technique, although, my card does not even come close to what Jill's masterpiece looks like.

Is this card not the most gorgeous card that you have seen, love the colour that Jill achieves.
Here is the card that I created.

Taking a piece of white card stock, Large Blossom stamp, Happy Definition stamp, Versamark Ink, clear embossing powder and Pumice Stone distress ink. Inking the definition stamp with the Pumice Stone ink, stamping onto the card stock, heat setting. Next, taking the Large Blossom stamp, inking it with Versamark Ink stamping over the definition stamped card stock, embossing the image and heat setting. Taking distress inks, Wild Honey, Rusty Hinge, Mustard Seed, Scattered Straw and Peeled Paint, colouring each section in using Cut n Dry nibs. Trimming the piece of card stock down and adding Walnut Stain distress ink to the edges of the card stock. Trimming a piece of Eggshell layering paper and stamping the La Lettre stamp that was inked with Walnut Stain distress ink, over the entire front of the card. Adhering the blossom image to some trimmed black card stock and then onto the front of the card using foam dimensionals. Finally, trimming more white card stock to form a tag and stamping a sentiment from the Sending Smiles Messages stamp set, adding touches of Walnut Stain around the edges, adhering to the card front, along with pearls to match.
I so know that I need to have a lot more practice with this technique, but I know that it was a lot of fun and looking forward to trying it again.
Don't forget to pop over to Jill's amazing blog to see her creations.
Okay now onto another fun part of the week of honouring.

Will picking Jill to honour must have been an easy decision because her work is outstanding. So love her card and your right, it is hard on the jaw, but then again so is your work. I have been inspired by your work for a very long time and you are listed under my inspiration list for some time now. I love your style and like I have told you before, you are indeed the Queen of CAS and I love it. Your card today is amazing and it is so wonderful to see how one stamp can be used in two very different ways. Thanks for the inspiration today. This weeks creations have been fabulous and I am so proud of you for taking the time and to share with us all. I will try this hopefully if my blog is up and running. Lol! Have a great weekend sweetie.
