Tiffany Doodles Challenge - January!

Hey bloggers! Well this is a special post for me today, as it is my first official start to working with Tiffany Doodles, I am so looking forward to working with Tiffany's designs, not only working alongside of Tiffany herself but also the wonderful and talented Design Team to. Tiffany has also been working hard in the background to get a new and wonderful store up and running, which you can see HERE.

So to start of the year with Tiffany Doodles she is having a challenge and that being a sketch that was designed by Jennyfur at Torn Paper, here is the sketch:

Such a fab design, us design team have all created a card for you to be inspired by to enter the challenge also, make sure you check out the blog HERE for all the details, there are some wonderful prizes up for grabs so make sure you tag along with us all.

Here is the card that I created for the challenge, this is the digi image that I used to create my card.

I loved the fact that I was able to resize the butterfly and copy and paste several times so that I had a lot more to use later on, on another project.

I coloured and trimmed around each of the butterflies, adding them to white card stock and trimmed some black card stock to mat the white onto, then stamped the Hero Arts, old letter writing that was inked with antique linen. More white card stock and used distress ink, broken china, peeled paint and dusty concord, layering heavily onto the card stock to cover, spritzing with water, then stamp the Hero Arts, graph background stamp that was inked with walnut stain over the top, making sure to press lightly. Next, tearing the edge and adding distress ink, walnut stain along the torn side, adhering this to a Kraft trimmed card stock, adding twine, the images of the butterflies and stamped a sentiment from the Hero Arts, essential messages set to finish

I hope you enjoy viewing the card, now don't forget to check out the Blog to see more eye candy.

Also before I sign off, make sure to check out my blog candy details in post below for a chance to win.

Hugs!
