Birdcage!

Hey Everyone! I am here typing this blog post as I lay in bed on what could become a lazy Thursday, I have today off and sitting here trying to work out do I go get ready and go out shopping or do I stay at home where there is a air conditioner???

So me laying here in bed, I thought that I would share another Purple Onion Designs card, I have just realised that I have not shared this card with you all, this sweet birdcage set was one of the new releases.



Trimming Kraft card stock to form the card and punching a circle out of more Kraft card stock, I stamped the birdcage and bird using Colorbox Ink, Frost White, slightly off centre, I added some white gel pen dots around the the circle and set aside to dry. Next, I took some aqua card stock and ran it through my Cuttlebug, embossing the card stock with the Hello Friend embossing folder. I took the card and scored 3 lines on the front of the card, next adhered the aqua card stock and the circle to the card. I trimmed some white card stock to create a tag and stamped one of the sentiments from this set, adhering this to the top of the card using foam dimensionals. Lastly, I added scatters of pearls to complete the card.

Okay so I have completed the blog post for the day, and thought that by the time I finished typing this, I would have made a decision as to what I was going to do..LOL, Hmmmm! well it seems I will have to think on this a little more.
