O'Christmas Tree!

Hi! Sharing a card with you today featuring one of my favourite Purple Onion Designs Christmas stamps. If you know me you know that I love to colour, usually with my Copics, but this time I decided to try my Prisma Color Pencils again and have to say that I had a lot of fun using them.

Swirly Tree

I took Kraft card stock that was trimmed to form a card and the Swirly Tree stamp, I inked it up with some Memento Black Ink and stamped onto the front of the card. Next, colouring the tree in with my Prisma Color Pencils, once I was happy with how I coloured the tree in, I added Glossy Accents to the baubles on the tree. I then added a sentiment under the tree and using my white gel pen I drew lines around the image to form a frame.

A super quick and easy card to make and in fact I think I will be making several of these ready for Christmas.

I hope that this card today gives you inspiration to give a one layered card a go.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

Hugs

That is so pretty! I love the shading and the Glossy Accents on the ornaments. That's one nice thing about colored pencils - they don't bleed when you put the glossy stuff on them.
