Spotty Owl!

Hi Everyone! Hope you are enjoying your weekend. I have been busy this weekend crafting and working. Unfortunately, I am going to work in another couple of hours...BOO! :) So before going to work I thought that I would share another card that I made for Grace, you can check out all the details over at Jennifer McGuire's blog.



I started with purple card stock, cut to size, folded in half and taking Papertrey Ink, Polka Dot Basics 2 I stamped rows of polka dots over the entire front of the card using some Hero Arts, Shadow Ink, Soft Lilac, I set this aside to dry. Next using the Cuttlebug Machine, I cut a die using Spellbinder, Label 1 and cut white card stock. Taking the die cut, I stamped the Papertrey Ink, Vintage Labels stamp over the die cut using some Hero Arts, Shadow Ink, Soft Lilac. I then took an owl from the Hero Arts, Owl Trio stamp set and stamped the owl onto the die cut and also onto some patterned paper, I cut the body of the owl out of the patterned paper and adhered it to the other stamped owl onto the die cut using some foam dimensionals. I added a sentiment to the top of the die cut using a sentiment from the Hero Arts, Mi Casa stamp set and lastly, I added some pearls to match and adhered the die cut to the front of the card using more foam dimensionals.

A sweet little card that was very quick and easy to make.
