Feltie Card

Afternoon all, WOW! Very hot day here today and you wouldn't believe it our air conditioner died last night, so I am really hoping that Darryl can fix it tonight, because Roly and I have been sweltering in 38 degree weather today. Not liking it at all.

Just wanted to pop in with a quick card before heading off to work.

I have had little felties from Sassafras Lass for awhile and I just love them, so I decided to use the little elephant. I started with kraft cardstock as the base of the card, punched a small strip of blue cardstock with the fiskars upper crest border punch, then added a strip of October Afternoon Farm Fresh paper above that, glued both pieces to the kraft cardstock, added a white stitching line above both pieces of paper and cardstock, attatched the little feltie elephant, stamped a Hero Arts sentiment in the top corner and added some stitching lines from the elephants trunk to the sentiment to complete the card.

I thought he turned out quite sweet.
